The gentlemen with this company came across very arrogant after I let him know I decided to go with someone else. Sent a text saying keep in mind we are a Microsoft silver partner, therefore know more than most providers. He came up under laptop repair but then tells me their company does not offer IT repair after texting me and calling me. He also said their services are too expensive for laptop repair. However, he came up under laptop repair which is what I was requesting. I suggested they fix their listing to represent the services they actually offer. He then goes on to blame Thumbtack for this issue. Saying thumbtack is sending him bad leads and they pay for every one of them. Being rude to me is not the answer. Also why should thumbtack take the blame as each company sets up their own account. As the business owner you are responsible for making sure you select correctly and let potential customers know which services you offer.

Where to begin... I was suckered... I had clearly communicated what specific service I needed (setting up Apple Time Capsule to work with all of my iOS items and an MacBook Air) schedule a time and he did not show up and when I called, said he was still another half hour away, so rescheduled for next day. Shows up to the house and proceeds to look up YouTube videos on how to set up the device with my network. He didn't even recognize that he needed to use Time Machine to set up the backup until I read it to him from the Apple user guide.
Did not finish with upgrading MacBook Air SSD so rescheduled to return Monday morning. Did not show up and when I called, said there was a miscommunication, and that he would come at 3 PM. Fine, 3 PM, texts me that he can't come, when I call him, claims another miscommunication. There is nothing miscommunicated when you ask someone if they are going to show up at 3 PM and they respond with a yes. Waste of time, NOT a apple pro, and a complete waste of time.
A sham, con-artist. Stay Away!!!
