I contacted Dalmation because my faucet was dripping nonstop and would not turn off! On the Same day I signed up I got a call from Simon, whose professionalism and communication was Great. He sent Jim, A Skilled Professional who quickly repaired, replaced and restored and fixed the faucet and was knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again!

Mr. Al Lopez is an excellent plumber/handyman who is prompt, courteous, professional, and does a great job. Unfortunately, my kitchen faucet was beyond repair, and I wasn't completely surprised as I had attempted repairs myself. However, Mr. Lopez came along with me to purchase a new faucet at Home Depot, and came back with me and removed my old faucet and installed the new faucet in a short period of time during the same visit. After spending almost 2 hours with me, he only charged me a fair nominal charge in addition to his original quote. Mr. Lopez's total charge for ALL of his work (and time!) was still LOWER than other quotes that I received for just faucet repair alone! To say that Al Lopez is a professional who will NOT overcharge you for work is an understatement! Honesty, fairness, and professionalism is not always an easy thing to find these days. Ben did a fantastic job! We had a kitchen sink that was falling through its mount, a dishwasher that wasn't getting efficient water and as a courtesy he fixed a leaky outdoor faucet and repaired a faulty toilet handle. He is very professional, thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again!

Honestly, my experience with them is NOT good. I explained what I need, repairing leaking faucets, clearly in my message which was confirmed by the technician on phone. First, the technician was late even after the 2-hrs window they set up. Second, the technician pushed for me to buy the new faucets which he quoted for an expensive price. Interestingly, when I made it clear that I just wanted to have the leaking fixed which may require new o-rings and gaskets, he told me that he did not have the parts for fixing the leaking. Thus, I was totally confused why he came if he were not prepared for doing the job. Nevertheless, he was friendly during our conversation. I paid for his estimate and sent him out friendly.

Jason arrived onetime despite bad weather, assessed the possible solutions to our problems (two leaking outdoor faucets) and offered several possibilities for what to do (i.e., try to fix vs replace since they were very old). We elected to try to fix one and replace the other, which he did even though finding the parts for the repair was difficult. The job was completed in a timely manner and at reasonable cost, and he emphasized that the work is covered by a one-year warranty if we have any additional problems.

Absolutely amazing! Would recommend Andrew to anyone and everyone needing any type of plumbing work. He was extremely knowledgeable with every issue I had. He was also upfront with pricing which is very important to me and even offered a couple suggestions to help me save money. He repaired and replaced my broken sink knobs, shower faucet, tub drains, running toilets, instant hot water dispenser, and a couple other random plumbing issues. I will definitely be using Hawklight again should I need any further services.
