There was a leak in our half bath that needed to be addressed. We were unable to secure an after hours technician, but 1800 Plumber assured they could have someone at 7am the following morning. Kris Duval was the best technician. He arrived promptly and identified the source of the leak immediately. He was kind and professional, communicated exactly what needed to be addressed and took care of the problem. We won’t hesitate to call 1800 Plumbers in the future, I highly recommend their services. It was the worst service I have ever received. I got a written guarantee from the company manager about the quality of the job I am going to have but it was the worst service. The plumber did not know the basics. He installed the shower head not high enough. He forgot to secure the junction so pipe leaked afterwards. The drains which he installed are not aligned at all and you would be surprised if i tell you that the plumber even did not have a level. And at the end he charged me more than what he asked at the beginning.
