We had to deal with a water leak and Dalmatians plumbing came right away even though it was a freezing morning on a weekend. They checked and gave a fair assessment of where they thought the problem was.

They literally responded within a minute of my request going out. We were able to schedule something the next day and the technician ended up having to do more than expected, but everything was worth it as the plumbing in my home was less than adequate. 100% would hire again in the future.

Had an issue with the bath tub leaking onto the ceiling and in the living room below, forming a puddle. We recently moved into the house and we're not sure where the leak happened. I reached out to few and had Dalmatian come out based on the reviews. The technician General came out and looked at the issue and was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was missing seal in the tub drain. He fixed it and tested it which worked out fine. He also tore open the ceiling drywall down below to make sure everything is addressed.
The overall service was good, they arrived on scheduled time and explained and walked through the process and repairs. My only gripe is it was a tad more expensive than what I had imagined but they did not hide any of cost from me.
The only other thing I would say is they could have a drywall guy in their team and make it a one stop shop. I now have to hire a drywall person to fix the sagging and torn drywall. Again they were upfront about it. But from a customer perspective, I would prefer all to be done at one place.
I would recommend them and will hire them if I have any issues again.

I have requested basement plumbing work which needed lot of digging , technician from Dalmatian reached out to me , visited site & I got call from
them , since this work is not their USP they respectfully declined. I really appreciate their professionalism & courtesy for declining something they are not comfortable.
I will definitely reach out to them next time for any of my plumbing work.

This company was fantastic. Immediate response (within 2-3 mins of making a request). They were constantly in contact leading-up to the appointment and were very flexible when we had to make a last-minute appointment change.
Our technician was so professional. We had to have our entire sink in the bathroom replaced and he did all of it under an hour. The quality of work was excellent. He explained what he did and why and made sure we looked over every aspect of his work before he left so we would be happy with the final outcome.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!!!
