Excellent work on window repair from Anthony. Very professional and courteous. Also great work from the office manager Caroline who was very responsive. There was a minor scheduling snafu, but she made sure things were squared away.

Doesn’t reply to messages and specific questions. Told him multiple times I have moisture between the window panes but wouldn’t address it. Just kept asking me if I wanted them to come reseal the window.
Sent a worker to my house but he had no idea what he was there for besides a window repair. Said he would have to come back with another person because he would have to take the glass off to clean the moisture. The owner called me so I began texting him. He then stopped replying at all. Went with Angi’s List instead.
Update: Received a text message asking to remove my review and the repair would be completed.

You literally just text me to see if I could change my review though it is completely accurate. We began talking on July 7th. That was 3 weeks ago and not only is this project not complete, you wouldn’t answer my questions about the moisture. You just would reply days later asking if I still needed your service. You sent someone to my house without my knowledge, completely sprung on my wife when someone showed up. This is a very accurate depiction of my interaction with your business sir, and no I won’t change my review even though you’ve text me asking me to. Please communicate better with people on the app.
