Rob did an excellent job of replacing several panes of glass that had been broken in one of our apartment units. The window pane itself was also broken and bent, which Rob repaired as well. He cut the glass to fit right here on the job site. He quoted a price based off of pictures I sent to him; however, the actual price he charged was less because the damage was not as bad as the pictures made it seem. I very much appreciate his honesty in lowering the price because I was not with him while he was making the repairs. Had he charged me what he originally quoted I would have paid and been none the wiser. Rob is clearly a businessman with integrity. I will be calling Rob for any and all window repairs!
