- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on door size and removal. Simply call for a quote on a standard repair. We also have great success with problem doors where extraction is an issue. We like the challenge. Our fees include a 2 year warranty on rollers, and we clean and wax the tracks for easy vacuum maintenance of dirt and pet hair from track. Doors are aligned, and locks tested. We carry an extensive roller inventory on our truck, reducing the repair time. That's important when the heat or cold conditions make your climate equipment work extra hard with a large opening in the wall during work. And yes, we are insured for worry free repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply call for a quote, and to schedule the work. You can leave your number on the job contact, or request mine with a message. Unfortunately texting back and forth can result in delays and frustration. We like to provide the information quickly so you can make a decision and get the job scheduled.
