Ryan was great! He went above and beyond to get my sliding door repaired. He even went beyond just the basic repair and had to take additional time to remove part of the tile structure beside the door (with my permission of course). This was the only way to remove and be able to repair the door. The door now slides effortlessly and I’m so grateful for the work he did, thanks again!

I did a lot of research before stumbling across Deco Factory USA and I have to say that I am so happy I did. Extremely rude this person. Don’t hire. Not recommended Stephen. He gave his number and I called to ask about door install and stucco beam and he said I do it for 34 years and dont tell me how to do. He disconnected the phone on the face. Egoistic good for nothing contractor. Don’t waste time .
If this person behaves like on 1st call I could imagine how he would when the project is in middle .
