Efrain answered my request within an hour and, after I explained the problem with a door lock not fitting the door properly, we agreed on a price and he arrived a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. Although the price was a little high, I appreciate his promptness and professional expertise.
