Very responsive and great communication for getting the job set up. He was very knowledgeable about my project and helped me make sure that all my sizes were measured correctly for all the other doors. He came in and got the job done. Efrain answered my request within an hour and, after I explained the problem with a door lock not fitting the door properly, we agreed on a price and he arrived a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. Although the price was a little high, I appreciate his promptness and professional expertise. I will definitely use him again for other jobs.
