What I enjoy most: I can expect that my lawn/shrubs are serviced with care on a prompt and consistent schedule, and I never have to worry about it being rescheduled or missed. Also willing to work with me regarding my request not to use pesticide in mulch bed for weed prevention (as my dog has a bad habit of picking up the mulch with his mouth); agreed to pull weeds by hand in the mulch beds. My previous landscape company (Foremost Landscapes - owner Caleb Ramirez) was never on a consistent schedule and would always edge crooked, leaves weeds in mulch bed, mow the grass too short, ended up damaging a sprinkler head with their mower and refused to admit fault/repair damages... owner was immature, unprofessional and unreliable. Luckily, I have had not to deal with any similar issues using Bella Terra; communication is prompt, and employees are professional and reliable... and most importantly, my home is always serviced with quality and care/concern.
