If I could give him 0 stars I would. I hired Juan to install a garbage disposal. I was told it’ll take about an hour. He cut out the pipe and said he needed to go to Home Deport to pick up a part and he’ll be right back. He never returned, he didn’t respond to text messages and his phone was off while I kept waiting for him. Five hours later he sent a text message he could come back there in about 50 min. Not only he wasted my whole day and got nothing done but he created a mess. Now I can’t use the sink until I find someone to fix it.
