Needed a toilet replaced in my guest bath ASAP before hosting. Joe was super responsive to my thumbtack request and was able to come out to replace the toilet the next morning- which was a lifesaver! Joe gave me recommendations for toilet brands, then I sent him a model number & he picked up the new toilet on the way to save me the hassle of going to Home Depot myself. The day of he messaged me to ask if he could come 30 mins early - which was helpful! The toilet replacement was great and he got it all done quickly for a good price.

Wish I could pick more than three things that Joe was great at. He responded to my message about my emergency immediately, showed up the next morning on time (even early actually), not only fixed our problem so quickly but was willing to install another toilet. He left the area clean and the work looks so tidy (way better than previous installs). This is now our go to person for all things plumbing and we will be recommending him in our neighborhood for sure. I just hope he doesn’t get too busy once everyone catches on! 😬

We hired Joe to install a sink and faucet. His communication and responsiveness in the app was fantastic. Working out a date and time was very easy. When he arrived to perform the work, he was on time and very prompt to start the task. He walked us through the tasks to make sure we understood what he would do to complete the work. His attention to detail on the task was impressive. We now have a fully functional sink and faucet and could not be more thankful.
