William came out next day to do a free estimate to install a dog door in my wall. He was on time and communicated throughout so I knew exactly what time to expect him. He came out. I was extremely nervous because this is my first house and I’m Hiring him to cut a huge hole in my wall. He explained in detail what his process was and then delivered phenomenal results. High quality work. He’s not the guy to cut corners just to save a few bucks. He’s well organized and a hard worker and he’s my handyman for my house going forward.

Ilya / William is very professional, very responsive and does a great job. Contacted him on a Sunday afternoon about hanging a new door, he came out, gave a quote that was great, I gave him the go ahead and he proceeded to do the job in approximately two hours. Very happy with the results and the craftsmanship he displayed. He is Russian (I think) but his understanding of English is great and we had no problems with communication. Highly recommend him for handyman projects.
