Brandon replied within 10 minutes of requesting a quote. He was willing to come out and give me a free estimate, costing me nothing if I chose not to use him. He would be prepared to make the repair on the spot, so this was a win-win for me. His cost was affordable, so he was hired. He even ran to Home Depot to pick up a part that we broke trying to DIY because we purchased the wrong one. All in all, the repair took approximately 2 hours, and he did a fantastic job. It's old plumbing, and it took some elbow grease to fix this, but he put in the effort to repair what we broke as well as the leak. I have added Brandon to my contacts as my go-to plumber from here out. He arrived early, was professional and friendly, and I could tell he's hard working, and I highly recommend him.

Great job - came out faster than expected and repaired our long standing plumbing issues. Really great communication and took time to explain everything. Felt pricey but after researching, it was pretty standard $ for the service. I recommend and will be a repeat customer I’m sure.
