While inspecting my door, he noted several cracks, on the outside walls, on either side of the door. He asked if any other damages had occurred, near the door: which there were.
He suggested I contact my homeowners insurance to check for a possible sinkhole, before he did any repairs.
The homeowners inspector is coming tomorrow.
