We run a short term rental and we notice a few things needed to be fixed due to our guest telling us this. Gonz LLC came by and fixed it and did a great a job.

I asked that they cover my roof with tarps. They came out two days and charged me for both visits. The tarps all came off the first time and the tarps on the garage are now hanging in front of the house. If they are going to accept a job, the ought to be able to assure their customers that they have the ability to perform the work. Never again and beware if you use them. Be sure they assure you they can satisfactorily complete the work.

The client supplied all materials and looking at all the materials I told the client they were not sufficient enough for what was to be done. The client said to install it anyway, so we did at our best ability and the storm came through, as I previously explained to the client that would happen, and blew the tarps away. We came out a second time, just off of good faith, and use the proper materials to put the tarps back up.

Some tiles on the perimeter of this square lifted and cracked due to an old technique used to lay tile. The job was to remove tile for a carpet insert to save the room. The important part was to remove a few tiles gently to keep them intact for reuse elsewhere near the square. The carpet was scheduled for the next day.

Markanthony did an excellent job overcoming ever item on the to-do list, fixing both toilets, rewired a light switch and changed out my 3 outside light fixtures. He called before showing up and prices were reasonable. Very pleased and will be contacting again to do more in the near future!
