I needed an emergency plumbing service that required immediate repair. As it is customary for me in these cases, I went straight to the Thumbtack app on my phone to do some research on prospective plumbers to hire. I went through a few of them until I came across one that really caught my attention. It had excellent reviews, and I decided to give it a shot. Boy, oh boy am I glad I did.
He replied right away, and he gave me several options on the times he was available to take the job. We communicated via text, like most people do nowadays. The date and time were chosen. He was punctual, cordial, and courteous. He assessed the problem and gave recommendations on what the best solution to the problem was. He also was straightforward regarding the labor cost, and as the ad stated there was not an upfront charge.
