I’m fairly upset with the window repair that was completed. More so I’m aggravated that I was given hopes after sending pictures clearly articulating the issue that the Jalousie Window System on one single section could be repaired & replaced. Now all I’m left with is two screwed shut window panes and a plastic/tape covered bottom portion. I was then told after that we would receive follow-up about whether replacement parts could be found the following Monday/Tuesday but instead I had to call them not once but twice, and finally right as they’re closing I get a call that “Unfortunately we do not have those style windows and we cannot help you.”
This is not acceptable, and I feel that the $500 I paid to have windows screwed in place and plastic with tape on it is a complete rip off. Not to mention the techs were about 30 min late even when given a 4-7pm arrival window. At least the techs were nice but everything else was awful
