When I explained this to Marykate she urged me to not close the door because there are so many different types of yoga practices and she was then able to find a practice that was PERFECT for me and my skill level. We did the practice together and the way she explained everything was so calming and stress-free. I didn't even have to look at her to know where to place myself because she was explained it to me so well. I felt a total vibe and I now am someone who does like yoga!!!
