Jhon did an excellent job removing the popcorn from my townhouse. We also had a very high and narrow skylight that was fully covered in popcorn and he managed to remove all of the popcorn from.

UPDATE (11/18) Over time, my ceilings are showing strange bubbling in the paint. I talked to a GC and a painter to get opinions about why this is happening, both said it's because too much water was used to remove the popcorn and then not enough time to dry before priming and likely not enough time in between priming and painting. I still have difficulty understanding why this problem didn't show up sooner. It's likely I will now have to hire someone else to come in and add a texture to cover up the problems left behind from an improperly done job. Very frustrating.
ORIGINAL Review (3/18):When I first met Rafael, I wondered about his youthfulness and if he had enough experience to do the stellar job he promised. I decided to give him the chance to follow through on his word. He and his business parter Bruno did everything they promised—with flexibility and positive attitudes. They literally were answers to my prayer for reliable, hard working honest handymen who truly care about the end result...they don’t cut corners or cover up, nor did they come back with excuses or surprise charges after the quote. The whole experience from estimation, supply purchase, popcorn removal, skimming/smoothing, priming, painting, and completion flowed very smoothly! I already have them booked for more work next week.

Jhon is my hero, I was in the middle of remodeling my kitchen, had a popcorn removal scheduled with another company the other company cancelled the day before the job. Jhon went above and beyond to help me. He had his crew there the next day. They were efficient,professional, neat and fast. They cleaned up after themselves and moved my stuff back in for me. They did such a phenomenal job, I hired them to paint my entire house. In addition Jhon built me a soffit to conceal my electricial wires. He is a master at drywall and very fast.
I would defiantly recommend Jhon for all your contracting jobs, he is truly amazing....
