Price Transparency: Our pricing structure isalways transparent and clearly communicated to customers. Discounts and Promotions: Look out for discounts, promotions, or special offers that can help you save money. Sometimes We may offer introductory discounts, loyalty programs, or seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: The process usually begins with the customer reaching out to us . This contact can be through various channels, such as a website inquiry, phone callor email. Needs Assessment: Once contact is established, we will aim to understand the customer's needs better. We may ask questions or conduct interviews to determine the specific requirements and challenges the customer is facing. Proposal or Quotation: we will provide a formal proposal or quotation outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and costs. This document serves as a basis for further discussions and agreement. Contract: Once both parties are satisfied with the proposed solution and terms, they will formalize the agreement through a contract or written agreement. This contract will typically include details about the product or service, pricing, payment terms, and other relevant terms and conditions. Feedback/Reviews: A customer-centric approach involves seeking feedback from customers about their experience with our service. This feedback helps businesses identify areas for improvement and deliver better solutions in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety and Health: Training in safety protocols is crucial for painters, especially when working with hazardous materials, such as lead-based paints or toxic solvents. They should know how to handle, store, and dispose of these materials safely. Surface Preparation: Properly preparing the surfaces to be painted is essential for achieving a high-quality finish. We are trained in techniques like sanding, priming, and repairing cracks or imperfections. Tools and Equipment: We have training in the proper use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment, such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, and scaffolding, ensures efficient and effective work. Product Knowledge: We have the understanding of different paint types, brands, and their specific applications in order to recommend the most suitable products for various projects. Project Management: We are Florida Atlantic Universtisy project managers graduate. We have many years managing painting projects, we have years of project management skills such as planning, estimating, scheduling, costs and coordinating tasks efficiently.
