Carlos and his crew were highly professional and communicative throughout the process of removing the mold caused by water damage from our son’s room and then re-drywalling the ceiling. I hope to never need to use their service again, but we definitely would if we had to.

We had water damage to the plaster under the window. Proclean was very responsive over the app and was available for a consultation very quickly. They diagnosed the issue, suggested a solution, and conducted the work within a very quick timeframe. The wall looks brand new and the windows are resealed (see before and after photos). I had extensive damage to a rental property and the unit below, due to the tenant's failure to notify me of a leaking toilet issue. I reached out to several contractors over a nearly two month period. After reviewing the damage, none of them would provide quotes for repair. One contractor even told me that the entire bathroom would need to be gutted and replaced and the job would take two weeks.
Ahmed immediately went out to the property and gave me a quote and scheduled repairs immediately. The subfloor needed the be replaced, in addition to replacing the flooring. The price quote was very good.
Ahmed did not need to gut the entire bathroom. He was quick and thorough in his repairs and sent pictures each step of the way. He even repaired the unit below that was damaged by the water coming from the leaking toilet. The owner in the unit below was pleased and told me that she would be referring Ahmed to other customers, as well. I would definitely recommend TKO Water!!

Mr. Mike was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He immediately sent out Jerell who was very helpful in assessing the damage and explaining what needed to be done to rectify the issue. Jerell showed up timely and went over and beyond to remediate the water issue and how to ensure we didn’t have the same issue in the future. I hired Carlos and team after I had a pipe break in the basement wall, leading my wall-to-wall carpet to get soaked with water. I was impressed with Carlos' responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process from beginning to end. It worked also quite well in the trilateral interactions between Carlos, my home insurance officer, and me.
After they were all done (in fact, even while they were doing the last stages of work) I did notice an unpleasant odour that was never there before the water damage. I contacted Carlos about it, and he gave me a list of recommendations what I should try and do. I was not excited about the bad odour, making it hard for me to spend more than a few mins downstairs, leave alone using the space for guests staying over as I used to in the past. But I did appreciate that Carlos continued to try to advice me on it. Eventually, ever so slowly, the odour reduced by much (though never completely disappeared, and I still don't feel comfortable having people sleep there. But it's improvement, thanks to Carlos advice on steps to take.
Carlos was also really responsive when I brought up another (more minor because easily fixable) issue of a wardrobe which came aparat in the back. Both his team and subsequently wall painters had moved furniture around. Unlike the painter, Carlos even volunteered to come and take a look at it and if it's easy to do, to fix it. I appreciated this gesture (I ultimately didn't ask him to come, as I plan to deal with it via a handyman who can come on weekends, while Carlos only works weekdays).
Overall, very good experience with Carlos and his crew!
