I contacted the Drain Fighter Hydro Jetting and Drain Cleaning company through Thumb Tac on Saturday Feb 13th and spoke to Mike. We agreed to meet on Monday 15 February between 1 and 3 to address a possible leak in the home plumbing system. On the 15th, this company did not show up for the appt. They did not call, or text or anything. I called and texted on that day. Today is the 16th, and still no word. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unapologetic.

These guys are great. I had a multi unit problem and Jose was able to sweet talk my neighbors into letting us check for leaks.
He also did an excellent job cleaning an external drain.

David was hired to fix a clogged drain. He was able to come out the very next morning and was right on time (texted me when he was on his way with an ETA). He identified and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. Cleaned and sanitized the space when he was done. Very pleasant to have in my home. Would hire again!

Updated Review: while my initial review was 5 stars and is visible below, I've updated to 1 star. Just a few days after snaking my outdoor drain, heavy rain proved again the drain was still backed up. I reached out to Moe and he let me know that he'd check with his tech and get back to me. He never did. A couple weeks later, after yet another back-up, I reached out and got no response. Finally, a month later, I pinged him again and received no response. It was clear he is uninterested in revisiting his past work.
I got a new plumber out today who snaked the nearby plumber's clean-out (the crux of the problem) and the outdoor drain again that Moe completed the first go-around, in addition to a second outdoor drain. I'm a bit confused as to why Moe didn't identify the root cause and, even more so, why he chose to go radio-silent on a customer that had provided him a 5-star review. In any event, both are unacceptable. I will not be using him again.

Orlando is a real pro and very friendly. He took care of our issue (drain clog) with speed and professionalism. He said he would be at the house in 30 minutes and indeed he was at the house in 30 minutes. He brought in everything he needed to do the job, didn’t make a mess, and cleaned up in the end. We were very happy with his high quality service and fast response time.

The Rehoboth team was incredibly quick to respond and provide services, clearing my kitchen sink clog that a handyman was unable to. Very polite, very clean work, friendly with my dog. A few days later when it seemed like there was still an issue, they came back within a few hours to snake the drain again, proving they stand by their work. They do good work, very responsively, and will stand by their quality even if it means a second visit.

James and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. I got a lightning fast response when I was desperate to find someone to fix a drain problem ... he fit me into an already busy schedule in order to accommodate getting to the job on the same day ... and gave me at least two status calls to estimate when he would arrive. Job took an hour and was pretty messy ... but the kitchen was clean when he left and the problem was completely fixed. Nice job, gentlemen.

Johnny (company owner) is a pleasure to work with. I requested a plumber to service a clog. Johnny called and asked me questions regarding the problem. Johnny was on the phone (on a late Sunday evening) doing his best to help me troubleshoot and understand the problem based on the information I provided. We decided to meet the very next day, he arrived on time, came and located the problem, and went to work. Johnny even went out of his way to look for additional machinery that was needed to solve the problem. The main drain line was clogged up. Temperatures were freezing and rain on the day he came to fix the problem, yet, Johnny and his helper did not create additional mess in my house. Works very clean and communicates effectively on the work he is doing. Prices are reasonable and I thank him for not trying to upcharge me just because my house is in D.C. Johnny is a respectable man with a respectable business. Johnny fixed the clog and made sure to provide tips on avoiding another clog. My house needs additional work and i will call Johnny to do the job. I appreciate him and appreciate him respecting my home. Thanks for fixing my clog Johnny. I look forward to working with you in the near future!
