Veronica M. says, "We hired Marco to install flooring tile in our kitchen and a few other rooms. We had an issue with some of the grout cracking and loosened tiles. Marco came by and apologized for the outcome thinking that perhaps it was the grout, but the other part of the floor, using the same bag of grout, was fine. We’re still not sure why the grout cracked and came out of the seams in certain areas, but Marco stood by his work and came by this past Monday to repair the floor. We did have to buy more tile, mastic and grout, but he replaced the loose tile and replaced the grout. He said he’d come back after Christmas to do the repair and he’s a man of his word which we appreciate. We were disappointed with the initial job, but because of his integrity, we would recommend him and will be hiring him again to install the backsplash in our kitchen! Thank you, Marco."See more
