I had a rotted piece of wood in my floor that was installed 2 years ago by another company. I didn’t feel comfortable going back to the original company so I contacted Jose. Jose was able diagnose the problem over the phone, then stopped by to remove and replace the rotted wood in my floor. Jose seems knowledgeable and trustworthy and for that reason I’ll use his company again in the near future to remove carpet and install hardwood in my bedroom.

The team did an amazing job with our floors. What was especially important to us was their willingness to break the work up over a period of months. We have dogs and getting work done with 3 animals is tough. They worked around our schedule and did a great job.

Jose and his team were amazing. I hired them to fix a small section of hardwood flooring that had water damage. They not only fixed the hardwood flooring, but they fixed the bigger problem of where the water was getting in. I cannot be more grateful for finding and hiring Jose and his team. Jose quoted me a price to fix the flooring and the price did not increase once they found the additional work that needed to be done. I recommend Lourenco Floors for anyone who is looking for new flooring or repairing existing flooring, you will not be disappointed. Great job Jose!!

HIGHLY recommend! Reached out to them on a Wednesday night to ask for pricing and availability as my husband and I are moving into the house in a week and the owner answered me within MINUTES. He even said he would be able to complete all the work on Saturday & Sunday. His team came Saturday and added hardwood to our bedroom(sanded & stained too) and sanded/stained the whole living room/dinning area. All of this was completed on Saturday and he didn’t need to come Sunday! We have more floors to do once we move in and will be contacting his team to do this work for us as well!!
