Ed was quick to respond and came out to assess. We also hired him on at that time to lay the new LVP. Ed was able to come up with a unique solution to our subfloor issue that solved the initial larger problem, and then went to work fixing other parts of the flooring (squeaks, imperfections, etc.), and finally laid all of the flooring across our first floor. Ed was always on time, showed up every morning and was great with communicating. Also he’s just a wholesome family man, professional, and an overall great person.
