Jays responded to my request to install a new sliding shower door within minutes and completed the work the following Monday. The guys were respectful of my property and professional throughout the whole installation. There was an issue with the door that I purchased, where you could hear screeching sounds as it opened and closed, but Jays explained the issue was with the manufacturer and even offered to contact the manufacturer for me. Overall I’m very happy with the installation and their professionalism.

Hired to hang a door. Unfortunately the door I bought was exactly 30in wide and they did not have the tools with them to trim the door down to size. Because they were already on site my options were to pay for them to leave and get a saw 1.5 hours roughly and billed the hourly rate while they did that. Or get billed the minimum of 1 hour and tried to find things for them to fix, so I had them look at a leaking faucet which was told the whole thing would need to be replaced and had them look at a closet door and was told needed new hardware to fix it. Overall, very disappointing that I am out $100 all because they did a poor job gathering all the relevant information before sending someone out to the house. Do not hire unless you are certain you have provided them every detail of the job otherwise you will get nickle and dimed for your time.

The first project was a pain. Our residential commercial-looking barn doors. The studs in the wall were not on center, there wasn't a header, and the doors were slightly damaged in transit from Wayfair. Matt was very patient with coming up with a solution, installed a backer board, and was able to fix the doors. We love them!
Project #2 is adding shelves in our pantry. We wanted one larger shelf that is reinforced for our mixer. See the after photo. They're not painted yet, but it looks amazing. Matt will be back to add an upper shelf.

The owner reached out and was real helpful so we went with STO Properties and told the other contractor we found someone. He was in contact with my husband and said he would order a part and then install it. It has been months and both my husband and I have reached out to him without any response. Now I have to start the process all over again of getting a contractor out here to help us with our shower door.
