- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects are mostly set price. Remodels and other projects may have surprises that can't be predicted and these are discussed with customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to found out some details (text/phone/email) on your project, grab some pics and most things we can give you an virtual estimate. More complicated projects (full bath remodel, deck repair, etc), may need us to get on site to better estimate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You get what you pay for! There's a balance of price, speed and reputation. We are often called in after the "cheap handyman" attempted a project and they can't get in touch with him any longer.
