- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start the process by phone but it may also be by email, our website or text. We schedule time with the customer to have a sales representative go out to their home to see what they are hoping to get done. While the rep is there they will give the customer options to choose from and based on the customers' wants the sales representative will give them general pricing. We do not have a formal presentation, but we like to walk through your specific needs and provide information on those. All of the products are made to order and then shipped directly to us. This is typically a 6-12 week process depending on the manufacturer. We strive to schedule the installation within days of receiving the windows and doors.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in 2011 after selling our coffee roasting business we had for 20 years. Anton moved onto selling windows and doors with some of the most popular window businesses in the Denver area. Through doing so, he learned how expensive these major businesses can be so he decided to start Sloan Windows & Construction.
