- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Time of work.- how long time the contractors will take doing tos work . So the customers can deduct if the price is fair or not. Fees.- What type of fees the customer has to pay and why? Because there’s some fees that don’t correspond paying from the customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all asking them about needed and suggesting some drowning designs ideas from the owner and mine as well. Second.- Following the drowning ideas and work on an estimate that fitting on their ideas and budget as well. Third.- Once the estimate budget is approved we asking customers stating purchase all main supplies as long as they want to do that. We don’t ask for money in advance as long is customers take care about supplies. In case they want me to take care about supplies as well I usually ask them 15% - 25% as money in advance. Fourth.- Once all supplies arrived to the customers house I give them a certain date starting and finished time. Fifth.- We usually starting work on the project and once we advanced more than a half of the entire work we ask some money in advance then we don’t ask more moms in advance until we’ve finished.
