Our furnace stopped working and when he was scheduled to come out the next day by the dispatcher, he messaged to say he was actually in the neighborhood if I was available now. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a solution (blower motor and wheel replacement). He priced it out and then let us know the furnace, being nearly 30 years old, might go out or have another issue at any point. He recommended a full replacement. We sat with the options and made the choice to replace the furnace. He was not pushing us one way or the other, simply providing the facts and info and allowing us to decide. He shared a quote (an amazing price compared to others, I checked) and included a few extra elements to ensure it would run at peak performance (I.e. duct cleaning, drain pipe replacement). He was able to come out two days later to fully replace the furnace, even cleaned the A/C coils/unit, replaced a number of things to be up to code, and showed us how to clean our compressor and walked us through maintenance to “save your money and prevent you having to call me out.” Highly recommend."See more

After calling a few different places getting quotes that were out of my budget. I checked out the Next-door app. I saw people recommending Russell Comfort. It was worth a shot to reach out and get an quote. I went to their website and sent them a quote of another company had given me. They reached back out to me telling me that they can get it cheaper. Lukas and I got in touch and he came over to take a look at my existing unit. Talking about it back and forth he recommend a different unit then what I thought my house needed. It wasn't going to cost me a leg and an arm to get replaced. It was in my budget things were looking up. I made an appointment. They came over pretty snappy. It took from 7am to about 2pm. Replaced my Hvac and my furnace for a decent price! The boys were respectful to my house and worked super fast an efficiently, Lukas answered all my questions, and he checked up on us to make sure that everything was doing alright. I appreciate that kind of care that they put into their work and business. I can't explain how happy and excited I am. Worth the money! Thank you!"See more
