Received excellent help with a Furnace that wasn't working, fixing the thermostat that was improperly installed by another company, and checking a heater in another room. A rusted/corroded and leaking pipe was discovered above the furnace, as well, so Zeke arranged for a Plumber to come by tomorrow. I'm really glad I found One Call through the Thumbtack app.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I was having an issue with a house I had recently purchased where the heat and air conditioning weren’t reaching the areas at the far ends on my house. I reached out to them hoping they could help me identify the problem and fix it. They were super punctual, arrived at the time we had agreed. They did a site walk of the house with me and not only did they explain to me what my solutions were, but they took the time to explain to me what was actually causing my problem. They went over different solutions and their anticipated prices. Once I chose one, I messaged them back they came back the next week and promptly fixed the problem. 10/10 experience and will be messaging them for all my future HVAC needs.

One Call was able to get out to my home in short order and replace the damaged component. They were prompt, polite, performed the work quickly and neatly. Cost was reasonable as well for components and labor. Would certainly call them again if anything further was needed.
