We had an excellent experience using Pulse Home Services, from the initial communication to set up the estimate through the full job. Yvette was very responsive in setting up both the estimate and the actual job, and the plumber Jordan was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. During the estimate, he took the time to explain several things and educate us about our water pressure and maintenance of our water heater. He quickly discerned a couple reasons for our low water pressure as well as why our sink faucet was leaking. When he returned to repair the sink and replace a toilet with one we purchased, he arrived in the timeframe stated and did an excellent job resolving our issues. The estimate was about the same as another company we asked but Jordan was so much more knowledgeable, and we felt confident that he would complete the jobs in a highly skilled manner. He did not disappoint - we would highly recommend Pulse Home Services and Jordan!

Work was done quickly, correctly, and completely on the first round. I STRONGLY recommend his services and will go back to him for repairs and upgrades going forward. Service panels are a major hassle to replace - he did it the day AFTER I told him I was ready to move forward on his quote, and he worked with me to come to a level of service that best met my needs. No low balling here - but extremely fair pricing for an excellent service level.

Jordan came out on a fairly emergency basis for a fix that required our water to be shut down. He was full of options and a wealth of information. Our little emergency turned out to be a few things that needed to be remedied and we were able to get it scheduled and repaired very quickly. His quality of work seems top notch and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He isn’t cutting any corners. Will certainly call him back in the future.
