Armando is the best- full stop. He has been excellent to work with in remodeling our kids bathrooms. He was prompt in responding when I first reached out and provided a thorough and fair quote. During the project he was extremely thoughtful and careful with our house, a great communicator and did an incredible job on the remodel. He did a full demo and redid the floors, bath and shower, and installed new plumbing, fixtures and cabinets. Things I especially appreciate about him: - stayed on the timeline! The only delay we had was due to certain items we ordered arriving late, but his work was all on time. He finished the full project quickly and didn’t cut corners - detailed expertise in various aspects of the remodel. He gave us great advice and input on decisions we needed to make and I never felt that he was pushing us to spend more and he never overcharged us - beautiful work for the finished product. The quality shows and he has a keen eye for detail. Long story short - I would and plan on hiring him again for future projects! Armando is the best - see before and after for pictures of his work! (After is the dark green tile)

I used ALJ Renovations for a laundry room/bathroom remodel and to add another bedroom into my existing floorplan. I couldn't be happier with my results! It's nice to have someone who actually knows what they're doing and not just outsourcing every project just to overcharge you in the end. Armando is a friendly (not to mention hilarious) and skilled professional. His quality of work is very hard to come by these days. I will be using ALJ Renovations in the future without a doubt.

We hired Armando to finish our 500 sq/ft basement and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision and the results. Armando is wonderful to work with and it’s clear he cares about the quality of his work. We felt completely comfortable communicating our vision to him and he executed it professionally and quickly. Armando did an amazing job and I am extremely pleased with his work. He was fast, provided competitive pricing, and did an amazing job. One of the other quotes I'd received was 10x more than his quote and they definitely tried adding things that weren't actual issues. Can't recommend Armando enough. Thanks again!
