Hannah S. says, "Absolutely wonderful experience! They were always on time or early, they cleaned up after themselves, and very respectful. Jason, the owner, really took a look at our concern with our bathroom and was very reassuring. His crew replaced our subfloor, removed the old tile and other old tile found underneath we didn’t know was there! They also placed out new tile as well. We really appreciate all their hard work and time. We will definitely be using them in the future for other remodeling projects in house! First 2 photos are what we started with and the final photo with our new flooring and everything put back together. The owner is a licensed plumber and did our plumbing for us as that was cause our subflooring rot so we can avoid this in the future."See more

Getting an appointment was convenient, I was able to schedule a time over text.When he was running a little late, maybe by 15 minutes, Nick offered to do a electrical inspection free of charge. I'm grateful he offered and that I took him up on his offer because we didn't have a whole home surge protector. Nick to offered to install one for us if we'd like so we had him do that in addition to installing an electrical outlet in my basement near my water softener.I'd recommend Pulse Home Services and Nick. I suspect we'll be going back to them again the next time we need some electric work done."See more

We checked the water connections to the washer and the cold-water shutoff was leaking. I Googled “plumbers near me” and Royal Service Plumbing popped up. I read all of the reviews and decided this was what I was looking for. I called, made an appointment with a very bubbly lady. Dave Choka came to our house, inspected the problem and explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. We had an additional problem with the incoming water and Dave explained what was happening. Dave was very professional in explanations, very detailed in his work and we now have new washer hookups and a new house pressure protection system. Thank you, Dave, for your excellent work."See more
