- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Throughout our 50 years in business we have found the best way to determine pricing is to dispatch a technician to our customer's home to assess the situation and give exact pricing. Our pricing is by the job not by the hour. Typically we have a $29 service call fee to have the technician to your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts Applewood, we go over what they can expect from using our company, set up an account and book an appointment. Before our technician comes to your home you will receive a photo and short biography so you know who to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are state licensed in their trade. Applewood also provides on-going training to ensure we have the most skilled people around.
