Jayson N. says, "In the beginning my experience was fine. I’m trying not to let the aftermath of me trying to get my laptop back affect my review of the company. Long story short is I requested services on Thumbtack they came out same day, figured out the problem pretty quick, took my laptop back with them, they didn’t order the part right away because I was indecisive. And then that weekend I ended up breaking my humerus bone and dislocating my shoulder essentially putting me on bedrest for the foreseeable future. I then decided to cancel the services due to me being out of work.
This part of my review technically had nothing to do with services requested on Thumbtack I don’t know if it was just bad timing on everyone’s part or if it’s actually this difficult to link up with these guys after they’ve secured your business but next was taking on the fun task trying to get my laptop back from Westminster. I started truing to get my laptop Wednesday. And I just got back tonight…Monday the next week."See more
