Cal was great! Very knowledgeable and explained to me as he went along what he was doing so I could better understand my computer and what might be wrong. Cal was very trustworthy and very amenable and patient in answering any questions I had about computer programs, virus protection, VPNs, and flash drives. I will definitely be calling Cal again in the future for further computer help!

Callan not only "fixed" my USB port problem but he cleaned my machine and showed me how the antivirus regimen I had been using was completely inadequate. He listened to what I told him (not all male technicians believe women) and went forward from that. He did more than I was expecting and, while I hope not to need his expertise again, I would choose to use his services again.

Cal spent over 5 days cleaning out Malware and trying to recover lost files that had been erased by hackers.
He was always patient, professional and experienced thru out him working with me to solve my problems. His tireless efforts were greatly appreciated and he did a fantastic job. I was so impressed I have even signed up for his monthly service for all my computers and devices. His fee's are more than fair and reasonable for all he does for you. I will never call anyone else for tech support and service.

EXCELLENT 10/10. Callan sticks with the problem until the bitter end, until he figures it out. My issue was pretty deep and involved many different things to problem solve - about 5 to 6 days worth. But Callan stuck with it! A lot of process of elimination and so on. He was great, patient,and was very responsive to my messages, answered all of my questions. He also fixed my PC. I will definitely be using Callan again if anything arises again.
