Our new bathroom looks fantastic! Team provided a comprehensive service on the remodel of our old and very dated master bathroom.We are very pleased with every step of the process and with our final product! Our new bathroom looks spacious and beautiful. Imperium PROS did a phenomenal job with my kitchen. From the planning phase to the work being finished everything was communicated well and everyone we talked to was very knowledgable, midnful, kind and professional. Yuliyanna was our primary contract during the kitchen renovation and she did a excellent job, she was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the work Imperium PROS did for our home! My partner and I were looking for a one-stop shop contractor. We interviewed many. Yuliyanna stood out as the most compassionate, the most open to listening, and the most patient. We received a full, detailed quote for our project. Laid everything out in front of us so there were no surprises. We were also forewarned about surprises :-). We wanted to ensure that there was just one person to talk to about this job and that they would do what needed to be done. Yuliyanna was that person.The job came in right on time and only 1K over budget due to additional piping that was hiding in the wall. I want to express my gratitude to all the professionals at Imperium PROS that worked on our kitchen remodel. We had ordered a brand-new kitchen cabinets, new counter tops/backsplash, we needed our dry wall fixed /retextured and new railing installed upstairs. They did an excellent job and followed up on every concern, questions and requests. The team consisted of several different professionals from the carpenter Victor to a plumber, to drywall professional, to texture guys and an amazing electricians and plumber. We had very few tweaks at the end of the project and Imperium PROS responded very quickly and made the necessary arrangements. The company owner is always very responsive. She was with us from start to finish. Our project was on time/on budget, also they have done an excellent job on ensuring that we were satisfied with the final product. We will be using them on future projects and would recommend them as they are a very professional company.
