- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fare and upfront pricing. Technicians carry iPads showing all costs for service and repairs. All technicians are on an hourly wage not commission based. 15% Discounts offered for all active and retired military and first responders with proof of ID. Discounts also offered to senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing a free no obligation estimate prior to any work beginning while building trust and making sure the customers questions have all been answered. Peace of mind is key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College graduate in criminal justice, Plumbing Apprenticeship program and water restoration certification.
