There was a manufacturer defect in the water heater he installed for me and he went out of his way to buy the replacement part himself and drove to Ventura and back twice so that I didn’t have to wait the 4-5 days the manufacturer told him it would take for the part to arrive. He was just at my place today, a mere couple of days since installation and made sure that the product worked perfectly after he replaced the defective part.
