The photos came out amazing! The photos that Aline delivered were exactly what we were looking for when we planned out our search for a photographer. Aline was courteous, professional and able to adapt so well for the type of shots that we wanted within our wedding event. Warning: DON’T BOOK HER IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR EVENT. SHE WILL DELIVER BAD PICTURES AND THEN BLOCK YOU ON PHONE. Most importantly, Julia ruined our life memories by providing bad/blurry pictures, so I would never recommend anyone.
I reached out to Julia for 3-hour photography service for baby shower event, she said “Believe me, you will like the pics you’ll get from me)))” and we trusted her. We booked her 3 hour service and paid $100 for travel fee.
On the day of event, she showed up on time and it was great however at the last hour her Camera started to acting weird and she got nervous and it started happening every few pictures she takes, however, she was able to figure out but we got BAD FEELING that our pictures might be ruined.
Unlucky for us, our Fear became true when we saw all the pictures we got. She provided us more than 400 pictures which was more than 250 we initially agreed. But 90% of the pictures she provided Blurry. The reason she provided 450 pictures to say that ‘I did my job and provided more than 250 pictures’. But these pictures mostly DUPLICATE and UNFILTERED. She did provide more pictures to hide bad pictures.
So we reached out to her through text, she said she realized that the pictures were blurry because her camera lenses had something to do and she will take it to workshop to get it fixed. She was apologetic and she said she will ‘re-sharpen’ the picture to remove blurriness. She tried but over-sharpening the picture made it EVEN Worse because now everyone in pictures look totally different and ruined the natural look.
So I reached out to her again and asked for refund because it was not what we were promised when we booked her, she agreed to 50% refund of $150 and she said when she has money in her card, she will send that. Next day she sent $4 to through Zelle stating that only 1% of the picture of more than 400 pics were blurry so she is refunding $4. I did not want to take $4 so I sent her back her $4. And I told her I will send you list of pictures that are blurry. I sent her some example of bad pictures and she said she said “Thats the quality I usually produse. I did my job!” Then she BLOCKED my phone number and goes straight to voice mail.
Now we ended up with BAD AND BLURRY expensive Pictures and worst thing is RUINED our memory forever. As a honest recommendation, I would not book her again even she write in contract. Unfortunately, the priceless moments don’t come back so I would rather book someone else not Julia.
