Doug photographed my small wedding ceremony at my parent's home recently. When I was looking for a photographer Doug mentioned that his clients all say he is easy to work with. I thought, "Yeah, I'm sure they all say that." Well, he sure was right! He strikes the perfect balance between being laid back and easy going yet professional, punctual (early in fact!), transparent and reliable. Although I hadn't met Doug in person prior to the event, my family members actually thought Doug and I knew each other -- they said things like "Oh, I thought you were friends, he fit in so easily!" (I should mention this was a small event with just 10 adults and 3 kids, so it's not that Doug was hidden in the crowd!) Doug even had some photos posted for us to see within just a few hours of the event and they look fantastic. I can't wait to see the rest! I highly recommend Douglas Fairbairn Photography, you won't be disappointed.

I loved working with Ann on making my husband's 50th birthday celebration a memorable event. She was on time, professional, easy/flexible and her captures were spot-on! Daryl was awesome! I hosted my husband’s surprise 40th birthday, roaring 20’s theme party. I had spent a lot of time on decor and setting up. Daryl sent us teasers the very next day - wow! The night beautifully captured! Including little details of the decor. Cannot wait to get all the pictures!
