They were limited by the building owner in terms of how much work they were allowed to do, and yet they still did more than they were required to such as covering holes in walls throughout the apartment or correcting and colour matching unpainted patches etc.
Also, they have colour matched the paints so well we couldn't even tell the difference between the old paint and the new one except the new one being so clean. They made us a new cabinet in the kitchen that is way bigger and practical than the previous one, which I am so happy about as I can fit more pots and pans in which makes my life easier! They cleaned the place spotlessly, even arranged our bottles and products in the cupboard in the bathroom neatly which made me smile and remember the high standards in The Savoy Hotel in London where I used to work. They were extremely polite and honest as well, and we know that communicating with our building manager can be quite challenging. We really wish we could have them come back and redo the whole apartment, they did such a thorough, high quality job."See more
