- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making an appointment, i measure for the new door. If it is standard as in newer construction, a door can be purchased at a place like Lowes or Home Depot. If the house is older construction the height and jam width may be an odd measurement. In this case the door company can make it to my exact measurements. When the door is ready for pick up i will do so and make an appointment to install the door. Upon completion a check is fine,
