He came, followed my instructions according to the Canon manual and told me I need a new PCB after seeing that my ethernet connection did not appear to be working (as I already told him since I had spent hours trying to get the ip connection and noticed that the light around the ethernet connection on the printer was not working). He did not open my printer to see which PCB that I should get replaced. Canon no longer supports the printer so I can't get that from them. Said he would talk to his friends - no follow-up. Left and charged me $95 after being at my house for 15 minutes. He was about 1/2 hr late too. Complete JOKE. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to try and open up the printer (looks complicated after I looked on YouTube) for the PCB for fear of making maters worse by braking it. He should have had the knowledge to know how to do that if he CLAIMS that he is an expert in Canon printers. DO NOT USE HIM!!!
