Please note that the “no fix = no pay” policy applies only if I do not know how to solve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed due to the client’s refusal to purchase necessary parts or for other reasons not related to my professional expertise or skills, then this policy does not apply.

WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO PURSCHASE A OUTDATED MONITOR THAT I HAD, EVERYTHING IS FINE. WAS NOT THAT BIG OF A JOB BUT FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT COMPUTER SMART, THIS WAS A BIG HELP AND LESS STRESS FOR ME.

Elvin rescued me when my PC would not boot. He was clear on each step and option. He replaced the hard drive, put everything back together & transferred the file from the old HD to the new. My IMac Pro was overheating and crashing late in the evening so I put a request for repair. Elvin was the first to respond and promptly arrived in the morning and took apart the computer and was able to fix the problem in a couple of hours while I worked and took meetings from my other laptop. Thank god, because I did not want to put a ticket in the Apple Store and ship my computer off for a week and spend good knows how much.
The computer is fixed and runs cooler and faster than it did before without throttling or crashing
