Fabulous! Responsive, knew exactly what he was doing, did it super efficiently, kindly, shared his expertise. Worked with me before his visit for me to order a cheaper replacement part than he could find, and, icing on the cake, spotted an old laser printer that was waiting to be disposed of, and took it with him. Would give 10 stars if there were 10 stars to give.
