Ricardo is a gem. I was having problems with an HP printer in a loop - I tried to the solve the problem with HP over 3 days. Ultimately, Ricardo and I we had to call HP - if Ricardo was not here I would have thrown the phone against a wall. Fortunately, Ricardo was able to speak with the HP rep patiently and work thru the problem. When he left, the problem was resolved! Will definitely call Ricardo again if I have a problem. I highly recommend Ricardo R. Office Equipment Repair.

Ricardo was professional, reliable and easy to do business with. He also had integrity and was more than fair and flexible with regard to making suggestions and charging for his services. When it turned out the anticipated repair wasn’t going to solve the problem, he offered a suggestion for a similar new printer, which he had available, then installed it and made sure everything worked before leaving. Even though his service time was significantly longer than he had anticipated, he offered a labor fee LOWER than he had originally offered because he hadn’t been able to repair my old printer! Overall, I would highly recommend Ricardo for printer repair services.

Ricardo called, we set agreed time. He arrived, started to do the repair and it was done. He looked over the printer, tested to make sure it was working. I would call him again and recommend him to friends.

Ricardo gave good advice on how to address the problem myself to save the cost of a service visit. He also was honest that if that did not work and the printer needed a new part, it would be better to just get a new printer. I apppreciated the honestly.

I contacted Ricardo to see if my old printer could be repaired after it started accordion folding the paper being sent to print. Ricardo not only called me minutes after I sent him the description of what was going wrong with my printer. He said he would be able be at my house in one hour, and he arrived on time, was cheerful and friendly, and got right to work. It did not take him long to find the problem, fix it and deep clean the printer. He had me print out something and the printer was working beautifully again. I use my printer heavily daily, and having such a rapid repair was so greatly appreciated. I asked for his business card so I could keep his phone number if I ever needed another service on my printer.
