If I could give Ricardo more than five stars, I would! I experienced a power outage and my Brother printer was no longer working. I contacted Ricardo through Thumbtack, and he responded to my email inquiry literally within minutes, and made a house call later that same day, less than two hours later! Ricardo was able to diagnose, repair and maintain the printer right in my own home and now everything is good as new! I work from home and depend upon my printer/scanner/copier daily, so having it fixed quickly and avoiding having to go through the hassle, time and expense of purchasing and setting up a replacement was truly a godsend. Ricardo is highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and responsible. His prices also are very reasonable, particularly given the value of the service provided and that he comes to you. An added plus is that he can provide replacement toner, drums and other parts as well. Ricardo exceeded my expectations in every respect. Honestly, I didn't even know professionals like him existed in this world any longer! I cannot recommend him highly enough and am extremely grateful.

Ricardo was so caring- we discussed my printer and he found that it would be best as the model is no longer made and parts are difficult to get. we tried away to resolve the issue but it did not work. Ricardo suggested the printers to get that are comparable to what I have. I as being a retired CSR for a Major utility in CA with over 16 millinon customers appreciate his Honesty caring and willing to assist. If I was still working and needed someone on my team I would want him on my team. I worked in a place where we are 24/7 and handle emergency situations.. He could have repaired my printer with non OEM parts but choose to tell me my best option was to buy a new one as the parts would not have any longevity. I appreciate his honesty and advice. Should I have problems in the future he will be my first call.
