I asked for vent cleaning but it turns out there was a problem with our ducts improperly connecting. DLR went above and beyond by crawling into our attic space and fixing the problem. He could have easily just cleaned the duct and charged me the same, but he actually got to the root of the problem and fixed it. Highly recommended.

Dan is very professional, he responded to our call immediately and was very punctual.
We had a kitchen exhaust duct which needed to be cleared of a dead rat and no other companies we called were willing to take the job. It required immediate action because of the stench and we were thankful he came promptly. He also cleaned our dryer duct while he was here. Cannot thank Pablo enough for the service, quality, and value I received. My original intent was to just have my air ducts cleaned due to the mold growing at the covers. He ended up finding the issue which was moisture from the water sitting in the air ducts. Pablo and Bernard worked hard for what seemed to be 6-8 hours (not exactly sure as I was fielding other contractors at the time). I was worried at the (unplanned) amount I was about to spend as he was showing me the extent of the work. Pablo was prompt, professional, and personable. Got all my home vents cleaned. Dan was on time and very professional. There was lot of cleaning to be done and Dan went about it with so much ease and a big smile.He also went ahead and fixed the dryer vent duct and explained the risks of not getting it done right away.
The price offered is very very reasonable, it’s so good that it’s ridiculous.

I am very happy with the care and cleaning by Charles and his team Air Duct Professionals. Apparently dryers should be cleaned every year (and Charles says you can use a leaf blower in the disconnected dryer entry one year and alternate with the pro your second year). Heating cooling ductwork should be cleaned every 5-7 years. I didn't know that, but can see how this makes sense. My ducts were filthy, as I had never had them cleaned, and after 14 years I was prompted when my dryer lost its efficiency.
Charles and his team did fine work. They arrived on time, cleaned up during and after, including cleaning vent covers and floor sweeping any escaped debris (like old paint chipped overspray from the builder). The job took over 3.5 hours on my two system, 20 vent household. Charles was very knowledgable, inspected the job and then took the extra effort of going into the attic to check the condition of the ducts themselves. He pointed out that skipping this step could make the whole cleaning process a waste of time. He found a couple of holes made the repairs at no charge. He also did extra work with the attic for me--observing it needed cleanup, including removing a dead bird, which prompted me to give him a hefty tip. Meanwhile the team sealed the vents and vacuumed/cleaned them thoroughly. The dryer vents out of my roof, and I hadn't realized the end cap (deflecto) had blown off and was missing. It left an opening in the roof for the bird to get into my attic and also was the reason my dryed vent was clogged-- with a second big fat (dead) bird that had flown down the tube, which Charles desposed of.
Charles has a background in fire restoration/cleanup, and this knowledge showed in his work. He also pointed out that when I run the dryer I must turn on the fan and shut the laundry room door to keep lint from escaping into my house. He also recommended I start using a better filter than my current (which the company does not sell), the 3M Filtrete. He also replaced the dryer/wall connector as mine had screw holes for lint to escape. He showed me how much lint had collected around the holes, some of which went airborn. So not only did Charles, Jasmine and Jevan do great work, I also learned from this experience.
The Deflecto replacement required someone with a long ladder to tackle the job. I hired a second company who also cleans ducts (they didn't bring their long ladder, though I had explained what the job needed). They came, and they inspected Charles' work because they said some air duct cleaners don't really do a good job, that the ducts still might need cleaning, but after inspecting there was no need for any more work. So I would say the second company gave (tacit) good reviews to Charles' team as well.

I had a fantastic experience with California Duct Cleaners. Pablo, the technician who came to clean my dryer vent, did an excellent job. Not only he was incredibly efficient and thorough, but he was also polite and courteous throughout the entire service. My dryer now runs more efficiently, and I feel safer knowing that my vent is clean and free from potential hazards. I contacted California Duct Cleaners late evening to schedule dryer vent cleaning, not expecting a reply until the next day but they replied almost immediately and had availability the next morning with their best technician Pablo Reyes. Pablo fully lived up to his reputation and then some. His expertise was obvious right away. He told us the replacement hose we purchased was poor quality, got one from his truck instead and proceeded to do an excellent job. Best vent cleaning service we ever had. He gave us a 6 month replacement deal and I already have a call back on my calendar. Thanks Pablo!

Dan was top notch. He was on time, he explained the process in details and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond what the previous company had done and cleaned and sanitized all the ducts and vents. He also inspected our ac and informed us that the filter was blocked. To remedy the situation Dan installed a filter on the intake and saved the day. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend his services. I wished all professionals out there had his work ethnic.

Salvador was fantastic! He responded to my request for same day service within the hour and came several hours later. I contacted him to address my concern with a possible backdraft from my oven. He took my urgency to check it out a priority and I really appreciated it. He was able to address that as well as taking care of a mis-installed vent from a microwave installation several months ago I ask him to check. He is excellent assessing and explaining the issues and possible solutions. I felt comfortable with his presence in our home which made me open to him giving an estimate to clean the air duct system. I highly recommend him and will hire him in the future.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
I am writing this review after 6 months of the service. If I could, I would not give any stars as there have been a lot of issues with the service and the technician who came for the service. We requested dryer vent and duct cleaning service.
Pros:
1. Quick response (only when you are requesting service)
2. Reasonable price
Cons/issues:
1. The technician only looked at the furnace filter and charged an extra $50 for the service that he didn't even do stating furnace checkup. (We were refunded upon complaint)
2. Three weeks later, we had to remove the dryer to access the outlet and found the technician didn't even securely fasten the dryer hoes to the vent. All the lint had been just blown to the wall and it was everywhere! (We couldn't have known as it's behind the unit) It added a lot of work to clean up.
NOTE: 5 months after we decided to upgrade the unit as dryer was still not drying Cloths properly.
3. The new unit came, and starting the second drying cycle, it kept shutting down with a warning code that suggested dryer ventilation blocked. We got the hose replaced, and it still wouldn't work. We then requested another dryer vent cleaning service(different company). New company put in the camera to check through the vent, and they saw the vent was definitely not clean! They pulled out so much of lint that it would not have been possible to accumulate in just 5 months of the service.
I complained about this, and there is still no response!
