Riley cleaned my chimney which I had done on a yearly basis with another company. However, he found a crack on the inner lining which he showed me by smartphone photo. We arranged for a future repair to avoid a future potential fire. He explained all the details to me and I am satisfied with our plans .

We had GoodFellas come out to inspect/clean our chimney after purchase of our home. They were quick to respond to request for an appointment- we had to wait a little while for the actually visit, but we contacted them at the height of winter, so this was understandable. Our tech was knowledgeable and transparent about the work that needed to be done and recommendations for repair. He cleaned our fireplace quickly and for a very fair price. We found out the fireplace isn't actually safe (for now) so we were grateful to be able to get all the information to make an informed decision about repair/replacement when we're ready. The tech wasn't pushy about services or products either. We will certainly reach out again for future services and highly recommend them as a trustworthy and knowledgeable resource for all your fireplace needs!
